Standard (petite), The hotel in central Edinburgh has 9 petite double rooms covering up to 16 square meters. Each has original period features befitting the Listed building status of the Edinburgh accommodation. Some petite doubles overlook the sandstone facades of New Town, others have garden views.  

Executive, Fine fabrics and ornate mirrors reflect the extra appeal of the 7 executive double or twin rooms. Covering up to 28 square meters, each has a five-foot bed and a sizable seating area. Lodging in Edinburgh boutique hotels is rarely this grand or luxurious.  

Luxury Suite, The 6 luxury Edinburgh hotel suites feature super-king beds, superior space and sumptuous, eclectic furnishings. Covering up to 38 square meters, they have vast floor to ceiling sash windows, a separate seating area and space for an extra bed.
